Your 4 days Ngorongoro and Serengeti safari will start with pick up in Arusha and then you will visit Serengeti national park where you will explore the central part of the national park which has a high concentration of wildlife species and different attractions like the retina hippo pool, the Seronera valley, kopjes like Simba kopjes among others.

Detailed itinerary
Day 1; pick up and drive to Serengeti national park
On the 1st day of your 4 days Ngorongoro and Serengeti safari, your guide will pick you up from Kilimanjaro international airport and welcome you for your safari in Tanzania. You will also have a short briefing in regards to your safari before starting your journey to Serengeti national park located in the northern part of Tanzania.
You will enjoy driving around the dotted landscape and open savannah plains of Serengeti national park on the way to your lodge where you will have lunch. You will also engage in an evening game drive after your lunch to enjoy looking out for wildlife species such as lions, leopards, buffalos, rhinos, cheetahs, elephants, wildebeests, zebras, antelopes among others. You will have dinner and overnight at Osinon camps and lodges.
Day 2; full day in Serengeti national park
After having breakfast at your lodge during your 4 days Ngorongoro and Serengeti safari, you will engage in a full day of exploring Serengeti national park as you enjoy morning and afternoon game drives in the national park. You will look out for wildlife species like lions, waterbucks, wildebeests, zebras, antelopes, gazelles, hippos, elands, gazelles, impalas, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes among others in the savannah of the national park. After your morning game drive in Serengeti national park, you will have your lunch.
You will also engage in an afternoon game drive in Serengeti national park as you enjoy the beautiful views and landscape of the national park where you will enjoy seeing attractions like the hippo pool, kopjes like the Simba kopjes where lions can be seen. After your game drives in the national park, you will have dinner and spend the night as the day before at Osinon camps and lodges.
Day 3; drive to Ngorongoro crater
You will have breakfast at your lodge as you prepare to drive from Serengeti national park to Ngorongoro conservation area where you will visit the world’s largest in active caldera. You will have lunch before descending 600 meters into the Ngorongoro crater where you will enjoy wildlife viewing experiences. You will enjoy seeing attractions in the crater like Lake Magadi where you can see flamingos and many other bird species along the shores as well as hippos, hyenas among others.
During your safari in the Ngorongoro crater, you will also search for wildlife species like lions, rhinos, buffalos, leopards, cheetahs, zebras, wildebeests, zebras, antelopes, gazelles, kudu, waterbucks, hartebeests among others. You will also enjoy the beautiful views around the crater and later your guide will drive you back to your lodge for dinner and overnight at Hhando coffee lodge.
Day 4; transfer to Arusha
On the last day of your 4 days Ngorongoro and Serengeti safari, you will have breakfast at your lodge as you prepare to be driven back to Arusha where your guide will drop you off at the airport or at your hotel in Arusha and this will bring your safari in Tanzania to an end.
