Mbalageti Serengeti Lodge
Mbalageti Serengeti Lodge is a mid-range accommodation( 3-star) found in the middle of the western Corridor of Serengeti National Park. The lodge is located near the Mbalageti river just a 45 minutes’ drive from Grumeti airstrip (35km) and 1-hour drive from the Ndakaba gate. The distance from Serengeti National park to the mbalageti Serengeti Lodge is 58 km. The lodge is situated strategically overlooking the Serengeti plains which gives a good view of the park. Mbalageti Serengeti Lodge is inside the park standing on Mwamyeni hill.
Serengeti national park is among the popular and famous National parks in Tanzania covering 5700 square miles stretching North to Kenya and bordering Lake Victoria to the west. June – October are the best periods to be in Serengeti national park since its a dry season. It offers the best wildlife viewing when the wild beast are moving to seek for pasture and water. It is an annual migration of wild beasts.
