Angama Mara Lodge
Angama mara lodge is a new luxury accommodation ( 4.5 stars) found in the southern part of Kenya above the floor of Africa’s great rift valley overlooking the beautiful Masaai Mara national park in Kenya country. The lodge is situated in a special leopard spotting place in Masaai mara national park. One can be at the lodge by road transport which takes approximately four -five hour drive from Nairobi to the park and 50 minutes to fly from Nairobi to the closest airstrip . The lodge is built on 100 square meter landscape . Angama Mara lodge is convenient and business friendly to guests staying in masaai mara national park with its breathtaking views of the mara triangle ,wildlife, the park and surrounding areas.
Angama mara lodge is comprised of over 50 well designed and pointed luxury tents/rooms that reflects traditional building style in dramatic architecture with modern comfort. Tents that are well decorated and furnished with private en suite facilities like flushing toilets, hot and cold showers/Bathtubs , mosquito nets, satelites, Flat screen TVs , extinguishers, hair driers , private balconies and sitting areas ,you relax while enjoying the spectacular view of park, and Mara River, wildlife and surrounding area . Rooms are equipped with comfortable clean bedding containing king and queen sized beds. There are campfires at the lodge that provides warmth to visitors staying at the camp . Rooms are in different categories and sizes ; single ,double and triple rooms and rooms cost 300$ per night and above ( note that high season rate is different to low season rate.)

Masaai mara national park is among the largest and most visited park in Kenya situated 270km north of Nairobi in Kenya occupying the total area of 1,510 km squared . There are many over 1 million tribes in Kenya ,Masaai are initial and local group of semi –Nomadic people that settled in Kenya and the northern part of Tanzania. Maasai Mara National park is an area of preserved savannah wilderness in southwestern Kenya, along the Tanzanian border. The park contains over a million of animals that include lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras and hippos and 600 species of bird and 60 species of raptors in different colors . Wildebeest traverse its plains during their annual migration from Serengeti national park during July ,August and October .The landscape has grassy plains and rolling hills, and is crossed by the Mara and Talek river.
