AA Lodge Maasai Mara
AA Lodge Maasai Mara is a mid-range accommodation situated in the southwestern parts of Kenya in the heart of the most famous park Maasai mara Game Reserve. The lodge is situated near the Sekenani gates. It is 255 km from Nairobi (5 hours), a 1-hour flight from Nairobi, and a 10-minute drive from the airstrip (Siana Spring Airstrip and Keekorok). The lodge covers 30 acres of land within the park. The lodge is inside the park.
Maasai Mara national park contains millions of animals like buffaloes, elephants, zebras, leopards, cheetahs, abundant lions and many more animals. It has 600 species of birds and 60 species of raptors in different colors. Most wildebeests migrate from Serengeti National Park to Maasai mara to seek food especially in July, august and October. An AA lodge consists of 78 spacious rooms with 36 chalet cottages and 42 safari tents. Rooms have clean and washed bedding with king-size beds and suites. All rooms have private facilities like mosquito nets, hot running showers available 24hrs and flushing toilets.
The lodge has bonfires that provide warmth to guests during the night. Some rooms have indoor and outdoor dining options with verandas and balconies and a garden area where you can relax while enjoying the panoramic view of the lodge.
