Acacia Migration Camp
Acacia Migration Camp is a mid-range accommodation (3 stars) situated in kogatende areas in north of Serengeti national park in Tanzania. The camp is inside and set on the migratory route of million wild beasts. One can reach the lodge by road or air transport to the close kogatende airstrip where many flights land . It takes approximately 330km {6 hours } drive from Arusha town to the park and 50 minutes to fly from Arusha to lobo airstrip then 15 minutes drive to the camp . The camp is convenient and semi- permanent mobile tented with its splendid views of Serengeti plains , wild beasts that migrate from Kenya to lake victoria due to drought , and surrounding area as it gives a great and memorable experience .
Acacia migration camp is comprised of ten (10) spacious tents that reflects African traditional building with stylish interiors with a modern comfort. Tents are well decorated and furnished with private en suite facilities like flushing toilets , hot and cold showers, flat screen TV, minibars, mosquito nets and other facilities . Tents have verandas and sitting areas , you relax while overlooking the spectacular view of Serengeti plains, wild beasts and surrounding area. Rooms have excellent clean and washed beddings with queen sized beds . They are in different categories and sizes ; single ,double ,twins and family rooms. The camp have fireplaces that provides warmth to the guests during nights. Camp cost 150$ and above per night and price always goes slightly higher in peak season
