Amboseli Sopa Lodge
Amboseli Sopa Lodge is a luxury accommodation found outside the park in the Kimana group Ranch on the foothill of Mount Kilimanjaro in Kenya. The lodge stands on 200 acres of land with its panoramic view of the park. One can access the lodge by road transport which takes approximately 3-4hours (250km) drive from Nairobi to the park and it’s just 45 minutes to fly to the park, the hour from the airstrip to the lodge. The lodge is affordable to luxury visitors visiting the park with its great view of the park and surrounding areas. The lodge is under Sopa lodges that give great accommodation in a different park in Kenya and Tanzania.
Amboseli Sopa lodge consists of 83 beautiful and elegant rooms built in African style with modern comfort. Rooms well decorated and furnished with privacy and tranquility. Each room has its own private en -suite facilities like flushing toilets, Mosquito nets, air conditioning, hot/cold running showers, etc. Rooms have verandas and private balconies with a cozy atmosphere , you relax while overlooking the beautiful view of Mount Kilimanjaro, the park and animals visiting the park. The lodge has excellent and comfortable rooms with clean and washed beddings. Rooms are in different categories; single, double, twins and triple rooms. Some rooms have fireplaces that provide warmth to clients during nights. The rooms cost 600$ and above per night. But prices differ in different seasons whereas, for peak seasons, the price goes slightly high.

Amboseli National Park is situated in southern Kenya in loitoktok district in Rift valley province of Kenya lying on 240 km from Nairobi and northwest of Mount Kilimanjaro. The park covers the total area of 392 km squared. It is known for more herds of elephants and a good view of mount kilimanjaro, across the border of Tanzania.
