Buhoma haven lodge is a quality mid range accommodation situated in the north region of bwindi impenetrable national park just 5 minutes from Buhoma village in Kanungu district. The lodge offers accommodation to travelers visiting Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home to the rare and elusive mountain gorillas.
Buhoma Lodge, is a top quality and intimate property, commands spectacular and uninterrupted views of the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, home to the rare and elusive Mountain Gorilla.
The lodge has 6 beautiful twin/ double cottages, self contained and en suite safari tents, 3 self contained cottages, 2 non self contained bandas, 1 family cottage all self contained en suite and merging elegance with local materials. .
All the bandas are built with local materials in African style design. We also offer guest a 6 bed dormitory as other several camps..
The lodge serves Western and African cuisine prepared by Ugandan chefs using locally grown products. The meals would, for example, consist of a fresh mushroom soup, pan-seared tilapia fish or vegetable masala, roasted potatoes, saucy mixed vegetables, crepes with honey sauce, tea/coffee and hot chocolate.
The lodge provides breakfast which contains fresh fruits and toast accompanied by your choice of prepared eggs (scrambled, fried, boiled, poached, omelet) along with coffee/tea and juice
