Enchoro Wilderness Camp
Enchoro Wilderness Camp is a budget accommodation found in the steep slopes of Oloolaimutia hill, eastern side of Masaai mara national park gate (oloolaimutia gate). It is just 5 minutes from park gate. It takes approximately 270km drive from Nairobi to Narok and 5-6 hours drive from Nairobi to the park and an hour to fly from Nairobi to the park. The lodge is convenient and affordable to guests with its great stunning view masaai mara national park and surrounding areas.
Enchoro wilderness camp is comprised of 10 comfortable and spacious canvas that reflects local building traditional style with wood and comfort. Tents are well decorated with stones and furnished with private en suite facilities like flushing toilets, hot and cold showers/Bathtubs , mosquito nets, hair driers, sofa chairs , veranda and sitting areas ,you relax while enjoying the spectacular view of mara park and surrounding area . Tents are well spaced and well equipped with Satellite , TVs, extinguishers and other facilities . Tents are equipped with comfortable clean beddings with king beds. There are campfires at the camp that provides warmth to visitors staying their. tents are in different categories; single ,double and triple rooms and rooms cost 200$ per night and above ( note that high season rate is different to low season rate.)

Masaai mara national park is among the largest and most visited park in Kenya situated 270km north of Nairobi in Kenya occupying the total area of 1,510 km squared . There are many over 1 million tribes in Kenya ,Masaai are are initial and local group of semi –Nomadic people that settled in Kenya and the northern part of Tanzania. Maasai Mara National park is an area of preserved savannah wilderness in southwestern Kenya, along the Tanzanian border. The park contains over a million of animals that include lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras and hippos and 600 species of bird and 60 species of raptors in different colors . Wildebeest traverse its plains during their annual migration from Serengeti national park during July ,August and October .The landscape has grassy plains and rolling hills, and is crossed by the Mara and Talek river.
