Volcanoes national park is the largest and most visited national park found in the northwestern part of the country of Rwanda. The best time to track gorillas in Rwanda’s volcanoes is in the rainy season, from February to March, July, August, September, October, and mid-December. A gorilla permit in Rwanda costs $1500.
