Kilaguni Serena safari lodge is a luxury accommodation found in the middle of Tsavo west national park near the main park gates mtito in Kenya country. One can be at the lodge by road transport which takes approximately 4-5 hours drive from Nairobi to Kilaguni Serena safari lodge and its just 30 minutes drive to Mtito gate. One can also fly from Nairobi to the local airstrip which takes two kilometers to the lodge. The lodge offers accommodation in Tsavo national park and it affordable, convenient to visitors with its stunning view of the waterhole, Chyulu hills, and the surrounding areas. The lodge is under Serena hotels that operate in East Africa, central and south Asia.
Tsavo national park is made up of two separate parks located in Kenya Province between Nairobi City and Mombasa. The park is considered to be among the largest parks in Kenya covering the total area of 22,000 km squared. The two different parks in Tsavo national park include; Tsavo east national park which is the oldest and largest park in Kenya found in the semi-arid areas of Taru desert occupying the total area of 13,747 kilometers squared and Tsavo west national park also covers the total area of 9,065 kilometers squared. The Two park are most visited with different categories of accommodations Budget, Mid-range and Luxury accommodation that are convenient and affordable to visitors visiting the park. Kilaguni Serena safari lodge contains 56 luxurious and elegant en suite rooms that are built-in African style with modern comfort. Rooms are well decorated and furnished with private en suite facilities like flushing toilets, hot and cold showers/Bathtubs, mosquito nets, hair driers, and private wooden balconies, terraces and sitting areas, you relax while enjoying the stunning view of the Chyulu hills, waterhole adjacent to the lodge, the park and surrounding area.
