Mara Engai Wilderness Lodge
Mara Engai Wilderness Lodge is a luxury accommodation (5 stars) found in the rural areas close to Ololoolo gate in Maasai Mara national park in Kenya country. The lodge is situated 1000ft above the vast savannah of the masaai mara overlooking the open mara triangle . The lodge in set in the great migration route which gives guests a better spotting place for different animals. One can be at the lodge by road transport which takes approximately four -five hour drive from Nairobi to the park and 50 minutes to fly from Nairobi to the closest serena airstrip . Mara Engai wilderness lodge is convenient and business friendly to guests staying in masaai mara national park with its breathtaking views of the mara triangle ,wildlife since the park has various animals and surrounding areas.
Mara Engai wilderness lodge is comprised of 20 well designed and pointed luxury tents that reflects traditional building style with woods and modern comfort. Tents are well decorated and furnished with private en suite facilities like flushing toilets, hot and cold showers/Bathtubs , mosquito nets, satellites, Flat screen TVs , extinguishers, hair driers , private balconies , sitting areas and viewing deck overlooking the spectacular view of the great masai mara , wildlife visiting the lodge and surrounding area . Tents are equipped with comfortable clean bedding containing king and queen sized beds with ceiling fans. There are campfires at the lodge that provides warmth to visitors staying in cold days . Rooms are in different categories and sizes ; single ,double and triple rooms and rooms cost 300$ per night and above ( note that high season rate is different to low season rate.)

Maasai mara national park is among the largest and most visited park in Kenya know of its incredible density and variety of animals . it is situated 270km north of Nairobi in Kenya occupying the total area of 1,510 km squared . There are many over 1 million tribes in Kenya ,Masaai are initial and local group of semi –Nomadic people that settled in Kenya and the northern part of Tanzania. Maasai Mara National park is an area of preserved savannah wilderness in southwestern Kenya, along the Tanzanian border. The park contains over a million of animals that include lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras and hippos and 600 species of bird and 60 species of raptors in different colors . Wildebeest traverse its plains during their annual migration from Serengeti national park during July ,August and October. The landscape has grassy plains and rolling hills, and is crossed by the Mara and Talek river.
