Neptune Ngorongoro luxury lodge is the luxury accommodation situated in karatu district surrounded by Tanzania’s highland and adjacent to the gates of Ngorongoro conservation area therefore the lodge is found before the entrance of Ngorongoro national park. The lodge sits on 50 acres of land in Ngorongoro volcanic landscape just 20 minutes drive from the Ngorongoro crater. One can be at the lodge by road transport from arusha international airport and it’s the gateway destination to different parks while from international countries like Canada, USA, dubai , quata etc ,it takes approximately 2-3 hours drive from Arusha to the lodge and 45 minutes to fly to the lodge. Neptune Ngorongoro luxury lodge consist of 20 elegant and comfortable en-suite rooms that are built in traditional African style with Grass thatched roofs and modern comfort. Rooms are well decorated and furnished with private en suite facilities like flushing toilets, hot and cold showers/Bathtubs , mosquito nets, hair driers and private wooden balconies, verandas and sitting areas, you relax while enjoying the stunning view of Ngorongoro crater and surrounding area . Rooms are well equipped with Satellite , TVs, extinguishers with comfortable clean beddings and ceiling fans. There are campfires and minibars at the lodge that provides warmth to visitors staying at the lodges. Rooms are in different categories and sizes ; single ,double ,twin and triple/family rooms and rooms cost 300$ per night and above . Note that in High season the rate goes slightly high than in Low season.

Ngorongoro crater is found in the Northern part of Tanzania close to Ngorongoro conservation area in the great rift valley covering the total area of 8,292km and its 3 million years old . The crater is the best place in East Africa with beautiful breathtaking Views. There are different attractions in the park which include; wild beast migration from Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro crater, Salei Plains and Ol karien Gorge, Variety flora and Fauna, stunning scenery and many more attractions. The park has different categories of accommodation like; Budget , Mid range and luxury accommodation that are convenient and affordable to guests visiting the area. The park contain short grasses with more high lands and other beautiful volcanoes. The area have over 25,000 large animals including 26 black rhinoceros and over 100 number of lions, 7,000 wild beasts, 4,000 zebras, 3,000 eland and 3,000 Grant’s and Thomson’s gazelles . The park has different animal including the big five mammals of the world ; lion ,Buffaloes, elephant, leopards ,Rhinos ,zebras , implalas, antelopes and different bird species . June –july and late January and February are the best month to travel in Tanzania for a safari especially Ngorongoro side.
