Paradise Malahide Lodge
Paradise Malahide Lodge is a mid-range accommodation found in Rubona village just seven kilometers from the town of Gisenyi in Rwanda. The lodge stands on the shores of Lake Kivu. It takes approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes drive from Kigali international airport to the lodge. You can be at the lodge by road or air transport from different countries like the USA, quata, Canada, Sweden, Poland, etc to Kigali international airport. The lodge provides pickups and drop-offs to the guests.
Gisenyi is found in Rwanda in Rubavu, it is the city across the border of the Democratic republic of congo. It takes a 5-6 hr drive from Gisenyi to congo. Its found in the northern shores of lake Kivu. It takes 3 hours and a half bus ride from Kigali to Gisenyi. Rwanda is a small landlocked country found in Central/ eastern Africa, Bordering democratic republic of Congo, Uganda in the North, Tanzania in the east and Burundi in the south. Rwanda is the 46th largest country covering a total area of 26, 798KM.
Paradise Malahide Lodge is comprised of 10 beautiful rooms built-in local styles with woods and volcanic rocks that are well decorated and furnished. Rooms have private en suite facilities like flushing toilets, hot and cold running showers. Rooms are equipped with mosquito nets, satellites, driers, TVs, and many facilities. Each room has wooden balconies, Verandas and sitting areas that give a beautiful view of the lake and surrounding islands. Rooms have excellent and comfortable beddings. Rooms vary in different categories like single, doubles, twin and family rooms which costs 150$ and above per night.
