Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge is a mid-range accommodation found in Tanzania in the southeastern rim of Ngorongoro Crater in the conservation area. It takes 187 km from Arusha town and 60km from Lake Manyara wildlife lodge and 145 km from the seronera wildlife lodge and 225 km from the Lobo wildlife lodge. Wildlife lodges and hotels have different branches in different areas. The hotel is one of the former government hotels and oldest in the crater rim. The lodge offers the finest location of all the craters.
Ngorongoro Serena lodge consists of 80 spacious rooms with privacy and tranquility. All rooms are well furnished with verandas and balconies and a cozy atmosphere to relax in and enjoy the fantastic view of the Ngorongoro crater and surrounding areas. All rooms have private suite facilities like flushing toilets, hot running showers, mosquito nets, etc. The lodge has excellent rooms with comfortable beds and washed beddings. They are in different categories like; single , double, twins and triple rooms. Some rooms have campfires that provide warmth to clients during nights. Rooms cost 450$ and above per night.
Ngorongoro Crater is found in Tanzania in the conservation area Ngorongoro. It covers the total area of 8,292 square kilometers. The park has the big five mammals of the world lion, Buffaloes, elephants, leopards, and rhinos. There are more different activities to do while in the Park which include; Game viewing in the park where different animals are always migrating looking for food, Cultural visits in the local village, Hiking, Nature walks in the park, Bird watching in the park, Visiting archaeological sites and tribal groups like Olduvai gorge museum and many other activities . The Park gives a stunning view of the Ngorongoro Crater since it’s the largest caldera in the world. There are more Maasai mara pastoralists in Ngorongoro park . Park entrance in Ngorongoro park is 71$ per person and 295$ per vehicle entering the park. June –july and late January and February are the best months to travel in Tanzania for a safari. Ngorongoro crater covers 100 square miles and it’s two-three million years old. The crater is the best place in East Africa with beautiful breathtaking settings.
