4 days Kidepo National Park safari is one of the most fun road trip safaris one can have. The beauty with this four days safari is the time you spend on the road. Kidepo National Park is quite far from Uganda’s capital Kampala, in fact it’s one of the furthest parks from the capital so travelling to and from the park is quite a distance.
On day one of this 4 day safari your will travel over 7 hours to Northern Uganda and make your first stop in Kigtum town where you will spend a night for that day. The next you will be up early and head to Kidepo National park where you will arrive before the midmorning. On that you will have activities like game viewing, bird watching and community tours before you retire for the day. The next you will enjoy more game viewing before you leave the park to head to Kigtum or Gulu for a sleep over. On the fourth day you will travel back to Kampala.
