Two Day Uganda Safaris : If you are a safari lover like us, you know you want to go for a safari any chance you get; however sometimes you get only one or two days off your busy schedule and you find there are no safaris for that time. Well at Achieve global Safaris, we know how hard it is to get this time off so we have tailor made some short safari packages to fit into your schedule.
And this article we detail some of our top two day safaris.
2 day Kibaale National Park
The 2 day Kibaale National park safari, takes you the magnificent Kibaale forest where you get to enjoy a number of activities the main one being chimpanzee trekking. Other activities will include bird watching, nature walks, forest walks, and community tours among others depending on your preference.
The two days start from Kampala at 6am. You then travel to Kibaale National Park, where you will arrive at about 10am or 11am, you can choose to have a meal on arrival or straight away go for your chimpanzee trekking experience. The chimpanzee trekking experience takes approx. 4 to 6 hours and after that you will head to your accommodation to rest, freshen up and have meals.
On the second day, you will be up early, have breakfast then go for a bird watching experience and forest/nature walk. After your experience you then have lunch and after lunch you will head back to Kampala, Two Day Uganda Safaris.
2 day Murchison Falls National park
The 2 day Murchison Falls National park safari will give you an opportunity to explore the scenic Murchison falls and the animals in the park. In these 2 days you will have a game drive, boat ride, top of the falls experience and a nature walk if you are up to it.
The safari will start in Kampala at 6am and then you will travel to Murchison Falls arriving in the mid-morning or early afternoon. You will then have lunch and in the afternoon go for a boat ride crowning it up with a top of the falls experience. That will be the end of the activities for that day; you will retire to your accommodation for the night, Two Day Uganda Safaris.
The next day you will be up bright and early and you will go for a game drive in the park to see the numerous fauna including lions, elephants, kobs, zebras, waterbucks, leopards, giraffes etc. The game drive will end and you go for you meal before hitting the road for your journey back to Kampala.
2 day Lake Mburo National Park
On this safari, you will have a boat ride and game drive, just like in the Murchison falls, the difference you will be experience a Lake Mburo and fauna in Lake Mburo.
Lake Mburo National Park is quite close to Kampala, so you can set off from Kampala at 7am or 8am and still be there in time for lunch. When you get to Lake Mburo, you will have lunch and after lunch you will go for a boat ride on Lake Mburo where you will see different water animals including hippos. You will retire for the day after the boat ride and then the next day you will be up early for a game drive, lunch and heading back to Kampala.
2 day Queen Elizabeth National Park
On the 2 day Queen Elizabeth National Park safari, you will have a boat ride on Kazinga channel and a game drive in park where you will see numerous animals including the tree climbing lions on top of other animals like the elephants, kobs, topis, warthogs etc, Two Day Uganda Safaris.
This safari will begin in Kampala, where you will set off at 6am to head to QENP, you will get there in the early afternoon. You will have lunch and then go on a boat ride, after the boat ride you will go to your accommodation to relax and rest. The next day you will have a game drive and after head back to Kampala.
