Mbweha Camp – Lake Nakuru National Park
Mbweha camp is a mid-range accommodation found outside Lake Nakuru national park in its boundary in the southeastern part of the Kenya region in Congreve conservancy. The camp is found in Kenya’s Great Rift valley in an abundant wildlife area. its just 25 minutes drive from lake Nakuru. One can be at the camp either by road transport taking Approximately 2-3 hours drive from Nairobi to Nakuru national park, and its about 25- 30 minutes to fly from Nairobi to Nakuru then naishi airstrip just 5 km to the camp . The camp is friendly ,affordable and convenient to visitors staying in nakuru with its great views of the surrounding and laughter’s of hyenas and lions visiting the camp. One can stay at the camp and visit Lake nakuru park and Nairobi city.
Mbweha camp consist of 10 beautiful and comfortable en suite cottages built in African traditional style with grass thatched roofs and local stones with modern comfort. Rooms are well decorated and furnished with private en suite facilities like flushing toilets, hot and cold showers/Bathtubs, mosquito nets, hair driers with private balconies, terraces and sitting areas ,you relax while enjoying the stunning view of the great rift valley , eburu and mau ranges ,the park , wildlife visiting the camp . Rooms are well equipped with Satellite, TVs, extinguishers with comfortable clean beddings and ceiling fans. There are fireplaces at the camp that provides warmth to visitors during cold nights. Rooms are in different categories like ; standard, superior and luxury that vary in different sizes ; single ,double ,twin and triple/family rooms and room cost 200$ per night and above . Note that in High season the rate goes slightly high than in Low season.

Lake Nakuru is situated in the southern part of Kenya and it is the rift valley soda lake covering 1,754 m above the sea level. The lake is shallow and surrounded by wooden and busy grass land and protected by Lake Nakuru National Park. The lodge is in Nakuru county on Nakuru- Nairobi highway . The park is small covering the total area of 188 kilo meters squared. The park offers a variety number of animals like; Impalas, antelopes, Buffaloes, wathrogs, waterbucks, white rhinos, Girraffes, Leopard, enlands, baboon, lions ,Zebra, Wild dogs etc and over 450 different bird species like; Flamingos , starling birds, White pelican etc.

The park is famous for huge number of attracting flamingos and being the soda lake.
